We have entry level openings available for the 2020/21 season. Ideally, you will be available to work a full season (December 2020 through March 2021). If living, working, and exploring in Yellowstone sounds intriguing and exciting to you, please read on.

• Schedule: Varies – 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Room Attendant

• Provide our guests with the best in service, courtesy and care.
• Follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, to include changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, porch and patio.
• Complete linen counts as required.
• Maintain linen storage areas, Room Attendant cart and related equipment.
• Answer Guest questions as appropriate.
• Assist with other Housekeeping duties as assigned by supervisor

• Provide our guests with the best in service, courtesy, and care.
• Follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
• Clean public lobbies, restrooms, and other guest use areas as assigned.
• When finding unsafe conditions and maintenance concerns, address them immediately by turning in maintenance Service Requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping vacuums, closets, storage areas, and other equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned by the Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
• Record, log, send and follow-up with all maintenance requests and guest requests as needed.

Server Assistant

• Help guests, servers and hosts in our dining rooms by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables and keeping beverage glasses filled. And, as with all of our front of the house staff, Server Assistants answer guests' questions, listen to stories of adventure and share their own enthusiasm for the Park

Dining Room Host

• Hosts set the tone for our guest's dining experience. Whether it is taking a dinner reservation over the phone or greeting guests in person, first impressions count

Kitchen Staff & Fast Food Crew

• You will perform a variety of tasks in and around the kitchen such as light food prep, serving food in a cafeteria, running pre-ordered food to tables, performing dishwasher duties and running a cash register. As this is an entry-level position, no prior experience is needed.
• Wages starting at USD $11.00/Hr.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented with a commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and count accurately; follows work patterns consistently.
• Stretching, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and climbing up and down stairs for up to 7-8 hours per shift.
• Making beds, stripping rooms, cleaning toilets for up to 8 hours per shift.
• The ability to push or pull 50-75 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Ability to bend at waist and perform repetitive foot and hand action.
• Working with required chemicals up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
