We are looking for a skilled Website Administrator / Media Liaison / Shipping Coordinator with strong Excel skills to join our Team in our Pewaukee location!

Duties:

  • Manage online ordering website / product updates
  • Act as Client Liaison between website needs and the developer
  • Process Shipping Lists / Tracking flow between clients / internal departments
  • Strong Excel skills are a MUST
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and other considerations:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Skilled in the use of a personal computer and software such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel (strong skills preferred), or comparable.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and specifications.
  • Good Interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and work effectively and efficiently with coworkers and customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively though both oral and written means.
  • At times standing or sitting for extended periods of time, sometimes while bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying and lifting.
  • Ability to visibly distinguish colors and be able to match color of printed pieces to the color of color to approved proof.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels.
  • Machinery, people, equipment and supplies may emit smells.
  • The Manufacturing facility may be dusty, noisy, and open to interior temperature changes.
