Web Chat/Phone Support Representative: IN-OFFICE - Greatland - Green Bay, WI

Greatland, a specialist in wage reporting products, has Seasonal Web Chat and Phone Support openings in our Green Bay, WI and Grand Rapids, MI locations!

All applicants considered must be able report to our Green Bay, WI location OR our Grand Rapids, MI location for work each day.

Join the team that is responsible for providing critical support to our valued online customers who utilize our service to file forms to the state and federal government. No experience is necessary, we provide the required training.

As a Web Support Associate, you will:

• Answer inbound web chats and phone calls on topics such as: log-in, navigation of website, form data entry, importing, electronic filing and printing.
• Use internal tools (phone and/or web-chat tool) to communicate with customers.
• Utilize our internal knowledgebase to research customer inquiries.

This position might be a fit for you if:

• You have professional communication skills;
• You enjoy helping customers and
• You can type at least 45 WPM.

Positions begin mid-December and end on February 1st, 2021.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 per hour
