Warehouse Receiving Clerk
Job Purpose

Be an important part of the team responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing of inbound materials used for customer jobs, as well as the preparation and kitting of those materials when it is time to deliver them to a customer job site for installation. Work safely and follow our Covid 19 safety protocols at all times

Duties and Responsibilities

Receiving and staging all materials for customer jobs.
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Ensure all work is complete and documented.
Coordinate receiving inspection to ensure all ordered materials have been received.
Examine materials to verify specifications required and stock materials are on hand.
Safeguard operations and contents by performing required procedures and protocols

Qualifications

Must possess an unwavering commitment to foster a safe and event-free work environment
Experience in the construction industry preferred
Minimum of two years warehouse experience preferred
Experience entering receiving documents preferred
Forklift certification preferred
Ability to work in a production environment including sitting, standing, bending and operating machinery
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Must be able to lift 45 pounds and have full mobility to showcase installation and production techniques.
Must have sight, speech and hearing adequate for a woodworking environment.

Light work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Ability to often lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to often stoop, bend and kneel.

Ability to often reach with hand and arms and grasp.

Ability to frequently talk and hear.

Ability to frequently stand and sit.

Ability to sometimes climb.
