The Position:

As the Manager of Operations, you will oversee a broad range of logistical support functions as well as administrative, clerical, and organizational duties as they pertain to the management of operations. You will also oversee the hiring, training, and management of our operations staff. In addition, you'll be responsible for managing events and communication with leadership to improve company operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular self-assessments using Arbinger’s internal 3A+ tool to gauge and enhance individual performance impact.
  • Responsible for establishing and communicating the 3A+ expectations with direct reports.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
  • Oversee the suppliers, training events, and many logistical initiatives for Arbinger.
  • Manage setup and maintenance of headquarters’ studios (may require outside of core hours).
  • Manages the global supply chain, inventory, and shipping of all tangible goods to customers.
  • Make recommendations to improve internal and external customer service satisfaction.
  • Manage fundamental plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other building systems knowledge.
  • Oversees and manages virtual production process and resource pool.
  • Coordinate with vendors as needed to meet facility demands.
  • Oversees the travel platform and its partners to support the company’s travel needs.

Required Capabilities:

  • Proven aptitude for managing all aspects and tracking progress while working effectively and without guidance.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with deep-seated empathy for teams and partners.
  • Master of time management who can meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, and convey predetermined objectives to other teams.
  • A cooperative team player who appreciates working with both logistics and creatives.
  • Must have the ability to communicate with cross-functional teams around common objectives and deliverables effectively.
  • Able to maintain attention in a fast-paced atmosphere where goals and projects can quickly alter.
  • Experience with Project Management software (ex: Asana, Trello, Basecamp, MS Project etc.)

Preferred Capabilities:

  • Self-starter mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with fundamental plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Hands-on experience with audio visual equipment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (ex: SalesForce)

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification and Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience managing others preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to work with ladders, drills, and other power tools within the building facilities and HVAC systems.
  • Some travel may be required.

Compensation: Starting from $93k
