Telecom Administrator


SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Telecom Administrator. The Telecom Administrator will work with the IT team to help with a Cisco system in order to ensure that call center routing is accurate. The Telecom Administrator will also handle the administration of the Cisco Unity voice mail and Cisco Jabber. The Telecom Administrator will handle the tracking of all circuits and the troubleshooting of any call routing issues. The Telecom Administrator will handle all call quality issues and be responsible for fixing them.
Key Responsibilities:

  • The Telecom Administrator will work with Cisco Call Manager and be responsible for adding new phone lines along with assisting with end user management.
  • The Telecom Administrator will work with Cisco Unity Management.
  • The Telecom Administrator will work on an on-call rotation to assist with the network team.
  • The Telecom Administrator should have a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications along with a minimum of 3 years of telecommunications experience.
