SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Telecom Administrator. The Telecom Administrator will work with the IT team to help with a Cisco system in order to ensure that call center routing is accurate. The Telecom Administrator will also handle the administration of the Cisco Unity voice mail and Cisco Jabber. The Telecom Administrator will handle the tracking of all circuits and the troubleshooting of any call routing issues. The Telecom Administrator will handle all call quality issues and be responsible for fixing them.
