This is a temporary to full-time opportunity based in Albuquerque, New Mexico or in Lewisville, Texas. The position will start on a remote basis but once COVID onsite restrictions are lifted will return to working onsite.

This position requires the individual to be proficient in understanding and analyzing architecture and meet business, functional, technical, performance, and security requirements.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Providing application support for organization's critical IBM Maximo application;
Troubleshoot application issues, work with vendor, developers & end users to provide resolution;
Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs;
Writes and maintains system documentation, data processing run books, and user manuals;
Analyzes and estimates feasibility, costs, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs;
Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications;
Researches and evaluates software and hardware to assist in programming or to use as program platforms;
Consults with client to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs;
Writes, debugs, compiles, tests, and installs program modifications and new programs or modules;
Converts designs and specifications into computer code;
Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs;
Provides production problem resolution and on call support;
Providing customer documentation defining hardware, software requirements;
Familiarity with location hierarchies and asset sub-assemblies;
Scheduling and planning facility maintenance;
Gathering requirements and creation of workflows using those requirements;
Familiarity with labor, qualifications and crafts applications;
Predicts hours of work effort required to complete assigned tasks;
Develop and provide functional training to personnel;
Evaluates, implements and supports new developments and enhancements;
Supporting application users and troubleshooting reported issues;

Job Requirements:

The successful Systems Analyst will have: SQL, XML and understanding of SDLC and ability to read code; Experience with application support required, experience with IBM Maximo a plus; Coding and application configuration experience; Ability to understand technical concepts such as middleware interfaces; XML/XSLT; VB Script/Java Script; PL/SQL; Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment; Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction; Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives; Windows Server Administration Professional experience following SDLC and Agile methodologies; Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Interpersonal and consultative skills; Highly motivated and have a strong work ethic; Excellent time and project management skills; Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands. Bachelor's from four-year college or university with emphasis in computers or related area, and one to three years equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline Background will be required prior to employment.
