Yellowstone National Park Lodges operates 9 lodges with over 2,000 guest rooms and cabins across 6 different villages within the park. Bell & Valet are part of the Front Desk team and are responsible for providing the first face-to-face impression to our guests and ensure guests are given accurate and in-depth information about their accommodations and the park. The Details
- Position Type: Seasonal (April-October 2021)
- Start Date: April/May 2021
- Schedule: Varies – ~40+ hours per week
- Location: Mammoth Hot Springs, Old Faithful Snow Lodge, Old Faithful Inn, Lake Hotel, Grant Village, Canyon

- A low-cost bimonthly deduction covers three meals a day, your dorm room, and all associated utilities (including limited Wi-Fi) and the use of in-house laundry facilities.

Responsibilities
Bell
- Provides several services to guests such as transportation of luggage to and from rooms, providing information about the location, and providing shuttle service when necessary.
Valet
- Drive guest vehicles from the hotel entrance to a nearby designated parking area. Candidates applying for this position must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Positions only available at Lake Hotel.
Qualifications
- Customer service/hospitality knowledge
- Must be a people person who thrives on public contact
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required at Lake Hotel, Grant Village, and Canyon
- Basic knowledge of Yellowstone, services, attractions, lodging facilities, and area
