(Student Position) Enrollment Services Office Assistant - Northern Wyoming Community College District - Sheridan, WY

Assist Enrollment Services staff with daily duties.

• Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
• Sheridan College Student currently enrolled
• Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater

• Understanding of FERPA
• Basic filing knowledge such as alphabetizing and ensuring accuracy
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding student files and personal information
• Basic functions of Enrollment Services offices
• Ability to work well with staff
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work a multi-line phone

• Office environment with minimal lifting up to 50 lbs
• Document filing
• Document shredding

• Maintain and file student files to ensure information is organized and up to date.
• Assist with student events such orientation, and high school visits
• Making appointments
• Assist with scanning in ImageNow software
• Logging students in for placement tests
• Answering phones and front desk coverage when needed
• Assisting walk-in traffic
• Assisting staff where needed
• Duties including, but not limited to assisting with miscellaneous projects, creating packets, binding manuals, etc.
