The Oil and Gas Section in the State of Alaska, Department of Law is recruiting for an attorney to represent and advise the Department of Natural Resources.https://law.alaska.gov/department/jobs/0823-OG-02.html The workload includes litigation and appellate practice as well as agency advice and review of regulations and legislation. The attorney hired for this position will advise on upstream and midstream oil and gas issues including exploration, leasing, unitization, royalties, pipeline right-of-way leasing, and tariff protests. Attorneys in the Civil Division work on matters of statewide importance all while living and enjoying all Alaska has to offer. Base pay from $80,418.00 – 128,544.00.
