The CTPS Learning & Performance team delivers comprehensive learning programs targeting onboarding and improvement throughout the employee lifecycle. We achieve this through analysis of learner performance and customer feedback, and initiate improvements through training and coaching to enable Associates and Investigators to achieve the right outcomes.
The Sr. Program Manager, Learning Programs will own programs focused on learner performance, delivering on innovative solutions with measurable impact. The candidate for this position will have experience building strategic roadmaps, have strong experience designing and implementing effective mechanisms, will engage regularly with cross-functional stakeholders, and be adept at diving deep to measure impact.
