The Amazon Logistics NA team works with operations and tech teams to become experts in both their present day operations and their future business needs. The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world-class Last Mile Operations. It is a new and aggressively growing business, both in size and scope.
This team works on driver experience and engagement and needs a leader to manage some of our key KPIs, stakeholder relationship across multiple teams and drive process improvements. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong operational background, leading without authority and taking data driven decisions for the program. He/ She will partner with various teams including, but not limited to HR, Legal, Employee Relations, Finance and technology teams to deliver this very high visibility program. In this position you will be responsible for managing communication with various team, identifying gaps, building strategic vision and creating short and long term roadmaps to solve for the same. This will also require working on standard work and building processes to improve existing processes using data analytics and building self-service tools for the stations to effectively operate.
