As a Software Development Manager in S3, you get to deliver these capabilities and delight our customers through teams of talented engineers and leaders.
You will deliver features and manage teams responsible for the control and the data planes of all S3 Buckets and Access Points APIs, including buckets metadata and the access points metadata persistence and management. You will dive deep into the architecture of our current bucket metadata services and high-volume API request operations, and increase our teams' agility, reliability, and velocity, raising our standards for project and risk management. You will work with a highly dedicated, diverse, and congenial group of people that values collaboration and team work above all, and who are passionate about delivering high-quality results in a predictable and consistent manner while continuously improving their own software practices, sharing their operational task load, supporting each other, and deepening their skills together as a team.
