SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support an opportunity at Wright- Patterson AFB, Ohio.

Shall provide program management support.
PM shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel to ensure all F-35 cost analysis, EVM and financial management support services.

Shall serve as the primary interface and point of contact (POC) with the Government program authorities and representatives on technical program/project issues.

Qualifications
M.A or M.S. degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or related field.

Ten (10) years relevant specialized program management experience;
Demonstrated managerial experience in providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff to ensure the goals and objectives of the project within prescribed time frames for projects similar in size and scope;

Demonstrated experience with the management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope.

Demonstrated experience handling personnel staffing requirements and ensuring that the customer is supplied with the proper skill sets that support the duties/tasks.
