SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Event/Workshop Planner to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson AFB.

POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION

Coordinate activities of staff, convention personnel, or clients to make arrangements for group meetings, events, workshops or conventions. Coordinate with other relevant organizations, as identified by AFRL/RS on event process, planning, and execution. Develop documents to engage industry and other stakeholders for inputs to plan engagements. Develop schedule for briefings and ensure timeliness of event. Coordinate and correlate briefing materials for engagement events. Attend and act as AFRL/RS lead for planning meetings. Develop methods to gather feedback from SMEs and industry. Conduct briefing material overview/edits and submit to AFRL Public Affairs Office (as needed)

Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years experience
