SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Secure Communications Center Specialist to support an opportunity at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Administer routine aspects of industrial security program to ensure compliance with Government security policies and procedures.
Monitor security procedures to ensure personnel comply with personal, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.
Analyze losses and security violations and recommend corrective action.
Ensure destruction of classified and confidential information in accordance with Government policies and procedures. •Assist in revision of procedure manuals.
Interface with outside agencies.
Transmit and receive classified and unclassified facsimiles and maintain secure communication equipment.
Prepare material for outgoing classified and unclassified mail delivery. Retrieve, send, and distribute mail from designated sites.
Operate electronic and commercial mailing systems (i.e., Hassler Intelligent mailing system.) Prepare material for transmission to archive sites. Destroy unneeded classified material using approved procedures.
Implement operating procedures and the application of classification marking guidance. Enforce approved procedures for the use and handling of sensitive and classified materiel (i.e., reproduction, facsimile, mail file access).
Perform security functions during Force Protection conditions (email response and notification, give notice to employees/visitors, announce threat level changes).
Assist with updating personnel security clearance and access spreadsheets and databases. Support Media Transfer and Entry Control personnel. Maintain personnel information folders and related indoctrination and debriefing records.
Control, receipt and track distribution and reproduction of all incoming/outgoing magnetic media. Receive, review and transmit media to/from internal and external networks.
Perform assured file transfers and risk managed downloads using approved information systems security policies.
Produce necessary templates and required internal documents for the protection of classified material. Recommend functional changes or modification for improved processing operations and customer support.
Perform self-inspection checks, record findings and recommend corrective action.
Implement physical security measures to open/close secure facility. Perform additional security tasks as required. Support Entry Control personnel as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 10+ years of experience required in closely related skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Security Clearance: Top Secret/adjudicated Tier 5 Investigation required.
