Senior Team Lead

SierTek Ltd. is seeking a Senior Team Lead to support an opportunity at Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Position Overview:

The Senior Team Lead is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the IT Support Group. The lead will also manage the personnel that supports DOE-ID COMSEC and the DOE-ID Information Management Division (IMD). The team lead will need to be versatile and have a wide range of IT skills especially server operations to support the organization. The lead will be required to work as a lead project manager and help desk support expert over daily duties in support of the DOE-ID office user base. The lead will be responsible for keeping IMD informed via metrics and status on all IT operational tasks and issues.

Essential Job Functions

Information Assurance, Technical Analysis and Design

Analyze complex processes and provide technical expertise in resolving issues.

Provide guidance and direction to support staff with complex issues.

Coordinate with DOE-ID to establish and define programs, resources, projects, solutions, and related risks.

Assign and coordinate necessary resources to address problem resolution.

Develop standard operating policies and procedures for all computer operations that identify and mitigate risk or address regulatory requirements.

Coordinate resolution of highly complex problems and tasks.

Implement records retention periods for data storage systems.

Change Management and incident response programs.

Ensure program follows related federal regulations and DOE requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements

Must have a MCSE or CISSM certification with 10 years relevant work experience.Or 15 years of relevant experience with no certification

Must have an active Top Secret Clearance or DOE-Q

Must be a US Citizen
