SierTek Ltd. is seeking a Help Desk Manager to support an opportunity for the government remotely.
Qualifications
Must have at least 7 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree providing project management oversight and leadership on an effort similar in size/scope to this requirement.
Experience may be substituted for a degree as follows:For a candidate without a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
For a candidate with an Associate's Degree, 2 additional years of relevant experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Must have demonstrated project management skills (PMP Preferred)
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact and be involved with client negotiations and interfacing with senior management
Must have proven knowledge of Change and Configuration Management best practices (knowledge of DHS Change Management Processes preferred)
Must have experience leading and collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill sets
