SierTek Ltd. is seeking Planner Support (A&AS) to support an opportunity at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana.

Essential Job Functions

Assist with planning for kinetic and non-kinetic employment of standoff capabilities including the production of weapon routes for government approval.
Assist with training and instructing of standoff capabilities for kinetic and non-kinetic employment of standoff capabilities when required.

Formulate, integrate, analyze, present, and coordinate plans pursuant to government specifications as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Provide on-site SME advice and assistance for capabilities assessments, analysis of shortfalls, recommending developmental priorities and assisting with the development of new tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Advise and assist the government personnel with deliberate and dynamic targeting development, planning, and execution.

Demonstrated experience with and proficiency in planning with Joint Mission Planning Software (JMPS)
Provide support and continuity for Mission Planning Environment (MPE) and Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) computer systems.

Provide technical support for JMPS system maintenance and modifications activities.
Demonstrated experience with planning, organizing, and teaching cruise missile and decoy mission planning, employment practices, and mission planning software.
Experience with planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with senior analysts/management to assist with the implementation of proposals, recommendations, or courses of action.
Build bomber routes in JMPS for government approval in order to assist with operational planning and execution.
Experience as a participant in Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises and operations.

Experience working with Air Operations Centers (AOCs), or their equivalent, applying combat principles, concepts, directives, practices, analytical methods, techniques, and consulting skills to develop or resolve problem sets is highly desired but not required.

Build and maintain the computerized database used to track configuration items and maintenance status and maintain the technical library necessary to support the configuration management and quality assurance programs for the MPE and JMPS.

Provide assistance to Special Program and STO Working groups by providing JMPS bomber routing and survivability analysis.
Support requirements definitions, technical reviews, program management reviews, Operational Assessment Reviews (OARs) and hardware/software testing as requested by the customer.

Travel during the calendar year is anticipated and expected.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Must currently have an active Top Secret/ SCI clearance.

Minimum 5 years of experience operating, testing, and maintaining JMPS.

Demonstrated operational and test experience with U.S. Air Force mission planning systems. Prefer but not required, B-2 nuclear and conventional weapons planning and experience operating and testing B-2 JMPS and its associated software toolsets.

Demonstrated experience with compatibility analysis to evaluate and validate ISPAN requirements and ensure correct functionality and interoperability. Preferred but not required experience with current and future B-2 JMPS.

Preferred but not required demonstrated experience operating B-2 Bulletin Board System (BBS), Mission Data Preparation System Communication Network (MCN) and Network-based Mission Data Preparation System Communication Network (NetMCN).
Preferred but not required demonstrated experience in B-2 aircraft and mission planning configuration management and system life-cycle management processes to support all phases of B-2 JMPS software design, development, testing, and integration.

Expertise with processes, database structures, and operational software is necessary.
