Integration Support Specialist

SierTek Ltd. is seeking an Integration Support Specialist to support an opportunity at Barksdale AFB, LA.

Essential Job Functions

Assist A5I to provide inputs on the AFGSC Enabling Concept, AFGSC Strategic Master Plan, Core Function Support Plan, capability development processes and AFGSC Commander’s Priorities to ensure ICBM Force Applications are accurately represented.

Assist A5I in developing and providing oversite for nuclear surety requirements for current and future ICBM programs.  This includes attendance and support to nuclear surety working groups and Operational Safety Reviews.

Assist A5I in maintaining a requirements database [e.g., extending life of Minuteman thru 2030] to provide operational impacts to the ICBM fleet.

Assist in analyzing operational requirements of the warfighting commands [e.g., United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM)], as outlined in their integrated priority lists (IPLs) and other documents, to integrate those needs into AFGSC programmatic processes.

Attend briefings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and conferences with DoD agencies, Air Staff, and the System Program Office to bring back updates on ICBM issues.

Assist A5I in drafting and staffing packages, briefings, point/background/white papers, and electronic staffing (E-staffing) in response to internal MAJCOM taskings.

Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements

Possess a Top Secret (TS) SCI Clearance or previously held a TS which has expired (not revoked).

Possess a minimum of 10 years ICBM experience in ICBM operations, maintenance, security, test, or a mixture of the four.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of staff experience working on an Air Force MAJCOM, Headquarters Air Force (HAF), or joint equivalent.

Possess a minimum of 2 years nuclear experience at Air Force MAJCOM, NAF, or HAF level.
