SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Joint Interface & Network Ops Specialist (JICO) to support an opportunity at Barksdale AFB, LA.

Functions as SMAC Joint Data Network Manager technical expert/advisor to leadership on operation, maintenance, and configuration of the air and space Common Tactical Picture (CTP).
Maintains CTP Manager qualification provides advanced operational training and adviceincludingover-the-shoulder,classroom,demonstration,one-on-one,andspontaneous training.
Establishes,develops,andmaintainseffectiveworkrelationshipswithSMAC supported theater JICOs and JTF Joint Data Network Officers (JDNO).
Manage Tactical Data Link (TDL) Equipment.
Plan and coordinate operations for SMAC TDLs.
Maintaining currency on datalink requirements.
Assists SMAC with developing TTPs for the utilization of TDLs for supporting SMAC supporting operations and data link enabled munitions.
Maintains currency on current and future all domain collaborative capabilities.
Maintains currency on current planning requirements and process outlined in SMAC SOWTOPs to better inform Network Operations.
Provide on-site Tactical Datalink expertise to ensure Government systems are functioning in accordance with MILSTD and current operating techniques and procedures
Assist with planning for kinetic and non-kinetic employment of standoff capabilities including the production of weapon routes for government approval.
Formulate, integrate, analyze, present, and coordinate plans pursuant to government specifications as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Advise and assist the government personnel with deliberate and dynamic targeting development, planning, and execution.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor’s degree, OR (b) At least five (5) years of relevant military service.
At least three (3) years of experience as a JICO with in an air operations center (AOC) or other similar operations center.
Graduate of the JICO Training Course (JT-301) and one of the following applicable service specialty codes: USAF13B AirBattleManager; USMC7202 Marine Air Command and Control Officer, 7210 Air Defense Control Officer, 5970Tactical Data Systems Maintenance Officer; USN 6120 Operations Limited Duty Officer, 7120 Operations Warrant Officer; USA 140AT2CommandandControlSystemsTechnician(W-3toW-5), 255NNetworkManagement Technician.
Prefer but need not possess relevant experience with real world or contingency planning/executing TDL during operations.
Demonstrated experience with and proficiency in planning with Joint Mission Planning Software (JMPS) with SOW familiarization.
At least one (1) year of demonstrated operational experience with weapons concepts, planning, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of JASSM, MALD, TLAM, or ATACMS performance factors.
Experience with planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with senior analysts/management to assist with the implementation of proposals, recommendations, or courses of action.
Experience as a participant in Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises and operations is strongly desired but not required.
