The Bad Actor Disincentives team is responsible for removing the financial incentive for bad actors while accurately and fairly paying millions of third-party Sellers.
This role will engage with multiple teams within Customer Trust and Partner Support, and across our Consumer Payments organization to develop and enhance internal systems that identify bad actors before they can harm Customers. You will need to be equally comfortable working with software engineers, lawyers and senior leaders. You will collaborate with a broad cross section of the Amazon Marketplace and Consumer Payments organizations as you clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective solutions between development and business teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven experience working directly with technical team members and discussing tech architecture and code
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bias for action
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
  • Proficiency with Excel and SQL
