This is a full-time, exempt, 52 weeks per year position. Monday – Friday. Madison College offers a generous benefit program including health and dental benefits. This position does not offer a relocation package.

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for collaborating with the department managers to develop, oversee, and analyze integrated digital marketing campaigns within the marketing department. This position will take integrated digital campaigns from creative to execution and will have oversight of CRM, digital advertising and SEO/SEM. This position will also work with the Public Relations Liaison to bring marketing content across multiple digital platforms and formats to drive applications, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behavior. This position has no direct reports. This position will require some budgetary responsibility, and potentially some management of external agency.

This position reports to the CMO.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Oversee all email marketing campaigns and integrate texting and other mobile technology to reach potential customers.

  • Implement multi-channel digital tactics to move customers to their next journey stage

  • Manage display advertising and ensure integration with paid and earned social media leveraging customer data and website behavior to personalize messaging and optimize ROI.

  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by prioritizing opportunities to improve organic traffic, including contributing to the digital content development process.

  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist and Marketing Manager to develop strategic campaigns in digital channels.

  • Identify and test new digital marketing channels that grow our online presence, utilizing web analytics and tools to monitor, analyze, report and improve campaign performance.

  • Perform data analysis, reporting and transparent visualizations of web and campaign performance in all digital channels including monthly outcomes and dashboards to ensure ROI

  • Assess and draw meaningful conclusions and provide recommendations based on all digital data and metrics.

  • Maintains a commitment to the college mission, vision and values. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Skill in communicating effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.

  • Demonstrated skill in communications and human relations with populations of diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and persons with disabilities.

  • Strong experience in SEO and SEM.

  • Experience managing lead nurture campaigns within a CRM platform—Microsoft Dynamics experience including experience with email automation.

  • Knowledge and skill in comprehensive marketing and digital media analytics.

  • Ability to manage a project including multi-tasking, attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge and skill in advertising channels and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Business, Digital Advertising, Communication or closely related field OR four (4) years (8,000 hours) of related work experience directly related to the skills required for successfully performing this position.

  • Experience used as an equivalent of an educational requirement is in addition to any experience required by the position.

2. Five (5) years (10,000 hours) of digital marketing and analytics experience in a large organization or institution or other experience directly related to the skills required to successfully perform this position.

3. Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Business, Digital Advertising, Communication or related field preferred.
