AIX System Administrator Responsibilities include: - Flatten and reloads for Baselines: work with CAXI integration, do testing, and re-implementation - Building GPFS clusters, modifying GPFS clusters, and integrating of new systems into GPFS clusters. - Execute Block Point activities: Pre-work, package installations, reconfigurations, and post work. Addressing post Block Point issues. - Work Flow Management when scheduled. i.e On call. - Migration of Power7 LPARS to Power9 LPARS - Build LPARS, integrate new LPARS into existing environments. - Migration of legacy SAN to UNITY SAN. - Standard environment maintenance tasks: OS cycle update, OS migrations, etc. - Work Remotely. - Work with a cohesive and collaborative team. - M-F; weekends if needed to perform an after hour change and on-call - *U.S. citizenship - customer requirement*
