Job Position Description: With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean® is the best cleaning and restoration company. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Established sales goals are met or exceeded. Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. A PuroClean Marketing Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Position is responsible for driving to insurance agencies located in Northeastern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to meet with insurance agency staff to educate them about the services offered by PuroClean.
  • Position is also responsible for assisting with the creation of and implementing a marketing plan to target and educate secondary marketing sources (plumbers, realtors and property managers) regarding the services offered by PuroClean.
  • Coordinate PuroClean state certified Continuing Education (CE) courses with area insurance agents for both Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula of Michigan
  • Communicate with PuroClean Corporate office to schedule CE courses / record attendees / submit for state certification credits
  • Schedule lunch and learn sessions with agents and secondary marketing sources driving awareness of PuroClean value and services
  • Coordinate and represent "PuroClean community awareness" by developing and organizing two community outreach programs annually.
  • Develop and maintain accurate & complete customer files, to enable easy tracking of an account's progress through a web-based tools
  • Work as an effective, proactive team member
  • Position reports directly to the owner

Qualifications:

  • Sales, marketing, and customer service experience a strong plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills required
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting
  • Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
  • Computer knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Likes to work in a team environment as a strong team member
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Informal and formal oral presentation skills
  • Background check will be conducted.
  • Clean driving record is required. Driving records background check will be conducted.

  • This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday. Normal hours are between 8:00 AM - 4:30 P.M.
  • Position includes base salary of $36,000 - $40,000, plus commission
  • Benefits package offered as a part of the position.
  • Position includes use of company car for business purposes.
