Overview:

The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, Manager and /or Executive Director, and is responsible for the delivery of efficient, safe patient care through the use of the nursing process, hospital policies and procedures.

In addition the Registered Nurse works closely with and acts as clinical expert for other professional and ancillary nursing personnel.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
Licensure: RN Registered Nurse in Missouri.

Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support to be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
Other: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required. The Registered Nurse must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be able to operate various types of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, telephone, printer and copy machine.
Preferred Education: BSN
Preferred Experience: Two years clinical experience
