Recruiting Coordinator [Remote]

TMP Worldwide is growing quickly and as such, we're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help with the most important thing - hiring. This person will work with our Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to streamline our interview processes and create an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

About this Job:

As a Recruitment Coordinator at TMP Worldwide, you will manage many administrative tasks related to talent acquisition. If you have a high level of organization, attention to detail, and love interacting with people, day in and day out, we want to talk to you!

In this role, you will:

  • Work with candidates, the recruiting team, and hiring teams to coordinate interviews, assessments, and other facets of the hiring process
  • Actively manage applicants through the recruitment process to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Review direct applications and route applications to the appropriate business unit
  • Update reporting on recruitment activities and communicate with talent acquisition leadership daily

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of administrative work experience in a fast-paced, start-up type atmosphere, experience with administrative tasks in a recruitment or people operations environment is preferred
  • Ability to work with various software applications including iCIMS and Microsoft Office
  • Interest in recruiting and people operation functions, and a passion for building successful teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several parallel workflows at any given time
  • High level of comfort with change and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity
  • A proactive attitude toward tackling new projects and processes
