Quality Assurance and Compliance Director

Job Responsiblities:

  • Identify the steps and outline the process for an outcomes management program at NSI, including outcomes attainment protocol and standards for outcomes management.
  • Analyze outcomes monthly, quarterly and annually, and share results with NSI

Administrative Team and/or Performance Improvement Committee.

  • Identify factors that affect outcomes, and consult with Administrative Team to develop short and long-term outcomes goals with an attainment plan.
  • Analyze data, establish targets, and implement plan to achieve outcomes success.
  • Compare and contrast outcomes management and outcomes research.
  • Identify data and issues regarding state licensing, The Joint Commission, Corrective Action Plans and contract compliance.
  • Communicate with the Executive Director regarding all licensing, accreditation and contract concerns.
  • Maintain professional relationships with associated agencies as indicated.
  • Ensure that all requirements with regard to student and staff files are in place accurately and timely.
  • Ensure that individual treatment plans and Behavioral Support Plans (for all students) have been written and implemented.
  • Remain informed about best practice concerning regarding licensing and accreditation.
  • Serve as a professional consultant to campus treatment teams (as requested).
  • Assist in all mandated and additional training.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least one year working with children under 21 preferred
  • Must be 21 or older per State regulation
  • Pass drug screening and background checks
