We are seeking a Accessioning Team Leader to join our team in Herndon, VA. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Assist in the supervision of the accessioning, data entry and imaging departments - Help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures - Take part in the preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing - Unpack and route specimens to their respective testing and staging areas - Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples - Responsible for enforcing and managing policies and procedures - Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy - Resolve any production errors as requested by management - Administrative duties as needed Requirements - License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of applicable experience. - Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record. The schedule for this position will be: Monday - Friday, 7 pm - 3:30 am; every third Saturday and fifth Sunday rotation.
