AI/Principal Consultant - Business Analytics Leader - Infosys Consulting

About the role:

As Business Analytics Leader, your role would be to plan and deliver relevant transformation programs for clients. The Business Analytics Leader leverages multiple capabilities: Business Analytics, Big Data and cloud solutions, Data Warehousing, Visual Stories, Predictive Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Master Data Management and Data Governance.

Consulting Delivery
Lead internal and client teams to drive transformation programs around Business Analytics, Big Data and cloud solutions, Data Warehousing, Visual Stories, Predictive Analytics, and Data Governance
Help create deliverables related to strategy, business case, roadmap, KPI definition, analysis trails, reports and dashboards
Organize and lead client workshops for business requirements for business analytics

Practice Development
Define Reports, executive dashboards, & visual stories
Deliver projects. Manage schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports. Proactively identify & manage issues & risks. Lead project teams.

Business Development
Support senior leaders for sales pursuits and firm building efforts
Mentor staff, manage project finances
Continuously enable to new solution trends and develop the skills for self and enable the practice to build the skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, economics, mathematics, or technical specialty
8 years of relevant work experience with 3 years of experience in Management Consulting in the last 5 years
Proficient using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
Ability to travel 4-5 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations

Required Skills:

Experience eliciting high level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as analytics metrics, dimensions, visual analytics stories and use cases
Proven ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner to managers on all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
Excellent leadership, communication, written and oral skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in at least one industry sector: Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Industrial or Energy
Experience in at least one functional area: Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Experience or Supply Chain
Experience in Strategy-to-Implementation programs related to Data and Analytics programs, including cloud-based programs
Experience in doing design thinking workshops for clients
Exposure to using AI/ML creatively for client challenges
Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies

This job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidate should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face-to-face.
