We are seeking a B2B & D2C eCommerce Experience & Product Manager to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate combines cross department collaboration, business insights with product strategy, and roadmap planning. We are looking for a highly motivated, independently driven Product Manager to improve the online dealer buying experience.

What you'll do

  • Maintain website updates in collaboration with Product Development and Design Teams
  • Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines.
  • Utilize product Information management tool to build on-line category and product groupings as directed by Digital Commerce management.
  • Prepare weekly and daily reporting for Digital Commerce management team to aid in accurate seasonal plans and strategy creation.
  • Analyze reports and provide recommendations for on-line merchandise and pricing strategies.
  • Provide merchandise-related support to the Digital Commerce Operations, warehouses, and photography teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather input for prioritization, define business requirements and plan training and change management. Partners include Dealers, Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, Legal, Finance, Operations and Analytics.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development of prioritized enhancements from intake, strategy development, requirements definition, design, development, testing and adoption
  • Review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with categorization, promotions, and trends.
  • Develop and communicate the management of inventory that supports the merchandising, marketing and financial objectives of a category.
  • Develop category pricing recommendations and strategies that align with the financials plans
  • Develop seasonal hindsight and the strategic opportunities used to inform pre-line.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to make meaningful investment shifts supported by marketing and site execution.
  • Partner with Marketing team to formulate and execute a plan that drives prospects into the funnel and generates more sales activity from existing customers.
  • Create a compelling product experience on the site, to include inspirational merchandise presentation, simple and intuitive category navigation and clear and accurate product details.
  • Deliver on best in class product assortment architecture within area of responsibility.
  • Deliver on the site experience vision (interplay across the entire division of sorts experiences, linking strategies, and how they inter-relate to overall marketing experience.
  • Drive best in class experiences across both mobile and desktop supported by a deep knowledge of technical features and functionality with an understanding how the site functions (limitations and opportunities)

Qualifications :

  • High level understanding of B2B & D2C eCommerce technology and strategy with 5-8 years in B2B and/or D2C industries
  • BA or BS degree required or relevant years of experience
  • Customer focused. Should always be thinking about our dealers and what will enhance their experience, while being mindful of business goals
  • Data driven. Should enjoy deriving insights from data to prioritize ideas and optimize features
  • Must demonstrate the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with IT and product management to develop new features and products
  • Customer experience, persona development and journey builder experience is vital
  • Expertise in cloud technologies that span PIM, DAM, CRM and Marketing Automation
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and Magento is a plus
