Are you ready for a challenge and looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced industry? We are seeking a painter for our manufacturing facility in Denver, CO. Painters play an integral role in the manufacturing process and are responsible for loading and unloading the paint booths, examining products for flaws, mixing paint, prepare products for coatings application as well as maintaining equipment.

Ability to interact effectively with the Team and demonstrate professionalism

Possess exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Must be punctual and flexible regarding work hours and shifts

Ability to identify and prioritize tasks

Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

Maintain positive work atmosphere

Ambition to learn new processes and suggest process improvements

Understand the importance of safety and adhere to company policies and procedures

Ability to maintain equipment and keep a clean, safe and orderly workspace

Load / Unload paint booth

Examine products for flaws

Prepare products for coating application

Mix paint

Record product MO numbers

Application of primer

Application of standard paint

Application of High temp paint

Cleaning of application equipment

Cleaning of paint booth

Maintaining spray equipment
