As a key member of the Package Development team, you will use your center of influence and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage all aspects of large scale, complex, projects with dollar values in excess of $ 1mm. We will count on you to leverage your sharp engineering background in the areas of research and design, evaluation and testing, trouble-shooting and modifications to develop the best metal containers for our customers. This position works from our Oconomowoc, WI facility which is located in the scenic, beautiful lake country area. Full relocation package offered. No sponsorship offered.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree, degreed in a technical discipline preferred; Engineering Chemistry, Packaging, Food Science, Biology, etc.

2+ years’ of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Experience in negotiations and statistical quality analysis
