As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled IT Customer Support Specialist to maintain and improve our technology infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for dental office staff regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Assisting with dental management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and IT security protocols.
  • Diagnosing and resolving connectivity, printer, and system performance issues.
  • Managing system updates, backups, and software installations to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborating with external IT vendors for complex troubleshooting and system enhancements.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and cybersecurity standards to protect patient data.
  • Maintaining IT documentation, issue logs, and support guides for internal use.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
  • Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with dental or healthcare management software (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to support a fast-paced dental practice.
  • A team-oriented and proactive approach to IT solutions.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
