Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator - Outlook Group LLC - Neenah, WI

Outlook Group is seeking dynamic Press Operators to be part of our team on both 2nd and 3rd shifts. This person will set up and run narrow web flexo presses. Part of your responsibility will be to ensure the job is running properly and check quality throughout the run. If you are driven to work with other great people and take pride in what you do, we want you!

You will be working with custom product packaging and printing labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and fulfillment in several industries such as food and beverage, personal care, and consumer healthcare. Outlook Group has been operating for over 40 years and attributes its success to our employees and customers.

Qualified applicants will have:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating a Narrow Web Flexographic Press
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and mathematical skills
• Be reliable with a great work ethic
• Experience operating a Mark Andy machine is a bonus

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
