Summary/Objective
The Moral Injury Coordinator provides expertise, training, and consultation to the Service Coordinators of Supportive Service of Veteran Families (SSVF) in the area of moral injury and its effect on Veterans. This position will assist Veterans to identify moral injury experiences and appropriate community referrals to ensure the Veteran's success in stabilizing their housing. This position will infuse moral injury knowledge into the program to develop and implement best practices for serving Veterans within the SSVF program.

Competencies
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions within SSVF.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This job will require extensive travel to SSVF offices in both Wyoming and Montana.
