Marketing Specialist Description & Duties:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the marketing department, assisting with campaign development and set up, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and helping to develop lead generation and dealer reactivation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's dealer base.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Be the marketing and sales teams' primary resource in the use of Salesforce to manage campaigns and lead and account information.
  • Manage marketing automation platform (Pardot) dynamic content, drip campaigns, emails, forms, landing pages, etc.
  • Manage the email creation process, from creative to development and deployment.
  • Manage and coordinate trade show activates and preparation working closely with the sales team.
  • Write and proofread email copy (and other marketing content) for clarity, grammar and spelling.
  • Coordinate and implement email marketing and direct mail campaigns to drive business results.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively.

Applicants must be reliable, dynamic, sociable and enthusiastic team players; while possessing a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent judgement and communication skills. Applicants must also have great attention to detail and ability to multi-task under the stress of deadlines with a strong desire to help the organization succeed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (Marketing automation) is a major plus Word Processing software; Experience with Web Analytics and reporting tools and techniques Design software; Database software and Extensive knowledge in Google AdWords and Google Analytics Internet software.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Working Conditions:

Office environment with significant time spent sitting, typing and talking on the telephone.
