The Marketing Coordinator will support the growth and expansion of Sourcing Solutions, Inc. and its ecommerce brands and products through the following responsibilities:

Manage all sales and marketing activities related to international customers:

  • Assist with coordinating supplier onboarding steps for new international customers to ensure SSI marketing, operations and accounting teams are prepared to launch new business.
  • Manage new product launches, including preparation of materials, tracking item set-up progress and auditing onsite launch.
  • Coordinate the translation of product content and assembly instructions to several languages to meet market and customer requirements.
  • Monitor retailer websites on a regular basis for brand compliance and information accuracy in copy, images and product specifications.
  • Monitor product reviews and customer questions posted on retailer sites and respond as needed.
  • Research and report on competitive product offerings and retails in international markets to support product development initiatives.
  • Track international sales compared to domestic sales and strategize ways to build international programs.

Maintain customer and product information such as customer agreements, product specification sheets, assembly instructions and product images to support the needs of SSI employees, sales reps and customers.

Develop and manage sponsored campaign programs for top customers, including the following responsibilities:

  • Manage sponsored campaigns calendar and recommended budget to align with SSI sales, promotions and inventory objectives during peak and off-peak times throughout year.
  • Coordinate implementation of campaigns and monitor, analyze and track active campaigns and spend.
  • Compile post-campaign results and report on sales, ROI and budget tracking.

Maintain website “Contact Us” forms for customer service, trading partner and advertising inquiries.

Coordinate customer sample requests; monitor sites for new imagery and track samples sent and samples used.

Assist with developing and executing employee events.

Perform other customer service, order processing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in business, communications, marketing, retail merchandising or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years related experience, preferably in marketing, ecommerce or retail merchandising.
  • Experience implementing and tracking sponsored product campaigns with major retailers (ie. Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Overstock), paid search advertising and/or pay-per-click advertising.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience using ERP and CRM systems, specifically related to customer service, data tracking and reporting.
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
