POSITION SUMMARY

River City Lawnscape, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to spearhead the marketing needs for the company. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our design and sales team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

  • Scheduling and organizing the creation of website content
  • Work with the design team to help deliver content that meets client specifications
  • Prepare letters and emails to clients in response to questions or to provide clarification on an ongoing project
  • Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to the sales team when appropriate
  • Work with the sales team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
  • Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines and core processes
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to leadership

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
  • 2+ years' marketing, advertising or graphic design experience
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy
  • Pass a pre-employment and ongoing random drug test
