Marketing Coordinator - Ki Mobility - Stevens Point, WI

Job Summary:

Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns, tracks web data, creates and maintains promotional materials and inventory, planning meetings and trade shows, and maintains databases.

Essential Job Functions:

To perform the job successfully, the individual must accomplish the following:

• Develops communications tools that are aligned with our overall goals and objectives using an integrated mix of communications channels and tactics.
• Refines and develops messaging and branding across all promotional materials.
• Drives public facing communications initiatives.
• Collaborates with product management to develop and communicate product and branding messages via trade show, social media, website, collateral print and media publications.
• Supervise planning and execution for trade shows
• Utilizes strong skills and/or vendor relationships and resources in all aspects of marketing communications including design, digital marketing, social media, PR, video production, data sourcing, blogposts, newsletters, e-blasts, etc.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with a concentration in marketing or equivalent work-related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Independent, self-starter able to generate new ideas in addition to executing assigned tasks.
• Excellent copywriting, design, written and oral communication skills with relentlessly high standards regarding grammar, content, timeliness, proofing, etc.
• Expert knowledge of digital/social media planning and execution.
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time.

Work Environment:

• Standard working conditions include an office and manufacturing environment
• Positions may require extended hours on occasion
• Position requires frequent sitting, walking and standing
