Are you a Marketing Strategist who wants to take lead of email and digital strategy for brands across a variety of verticals? Are you a Salesforce/CRM or Marketing Automation expert who loves leveraging data to understand different audiences and audience engagement? Do you love to use content to turn prospects into leads?

We specialize in cross-channel content strategy, creation + distribution (email, push, SMS, web, video, social and more), as well as web development + implementation. We are looking for a leader to help our clients execute amazing digital programs through their email, marketing automation and CRM tools.

The ideal candidate is data and performance driven with experience in leading strategy development, execution and measurement of digital campaigns. We have clients across B2C and B2B categories, so understanding how to use marketing tools to execute both B2B and B2C strategies is critical to the success of this role.

Essential Skills for the Marketing Automation Supervisor – Email, Marketing Automation, CRM Role

Lead + Integrate

  • Own the development and execution of email strategy for clients in B2B and B2C settings
    • B2B: Lead acquisition, engagement, scoring and management
    • B2C: Prospect acquisition, personalization, engagement, scoring
  • Look at the wider digital marketing strategy across social media, paid media, retargeting to define a holistic picture and how email marketing can complement it
  • Provide leadership to our Email Marketing Coordinator


  • Create campaigns in email, marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Build personalization and lead scoring capabilities into campaigns
  • Develop User Stories and lead analysis around best practices for marketing automation journeys
  • Working experience building email journeys


  • Analytics experience building reports and dashboards to present measurements plans to stakeholders
  • Experience in digital/web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

Tools + Technology (Nice to have all, but depth in 2 or more is just fine)
