PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Responsible for Marketing Support area administrative tasks involving print and web marketing and event planning, under the direction of the Director of Marketing.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Responsible for assisting and performing, as assigned, administration duties within the Marketing Support area including:

  • Assist in editing content for print marketing by proofing and making sure it adheres to our branding guidelines and style guide.
  • Assist in processing and editing images for catalogs.
  • Work on the creation of catalogs in coordination with Graphic Designer.
  • Work with Director of Marketing on distribution, marketing strategy and timelines for all print marketing projects.
  • Coordinate mailing parameters for print projects, including pulling mail lists and cleaning up contacts in our database.
  • PDF modification and linking of flyers/catalogs.
  • Create cost analysis for marketing projects and track coop marketing funds.
  • Mail catalog and literature requests, and distribute literature internally to employees.
  • Assist with trade show & event planning.
  • Assist with weekly company newsletter (Sales Shorts).
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:
High school diploma, or equivalent is preferred.


Experience:
One to two years of professional experience in a similar position is desired.


Knowledge:
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
