Supply Specialist - Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate will provide technical supply support across Marine Corps Systems Command’s Portfolios and Program Executive Offices. This position will require frequent customer engagement to understand and solve technical issues and support the accurate and timely delivery of products for each supported Portfolio and Program Executive Office.

Responsibilities: 

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

  • Provide technical expertise in the areas of Marine Corps material and supply management.
  • Prepare, maintain and control essential supporting documentation to document major events in capital asset's lifecycle from acquisition, transference, sub custody and final disposition and/or disposal in support of existence and completeness.
  • Review/process transactions associated with property management (MAL/CMR/Sub-Inventories).
  • Perform related work as assigned in an unsupervised, mission critical environment.
  • Ability to provide input, information, review, and prepare documents on both Marine Corps and Systems Command supply policy

Qualifications: 

Experience and Education: 

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience; required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; preferred
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps in property management and requisition management
  • Working knowledge of the Universal Work Queue.
  • Working knowledge of OBIEE User/Writer
  • Ability to create reports via OBIEE Writer a plus
