WHO WE NEED
IMPLAN is looking for ambitious up-and-coming sales professionals to work with our Regional Sales Managers on building the sales pipeline. The Sales Development Representative role is where IMPLAN grooms future quota-carrying sales reps.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead QualificationProactively qualify and advance inbound leads into the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
Cold OutreachGenerate new sales opportunities through strategic cold outreach initiatives, including cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
Collaboration with MarketingWork closely with the Marketing team to align on strategies, campaigns, and lead criteria.
Foster a tight-knit relationship with Regional Sales Managers in your assigned territory to ensure proper alignment and communication.
Scheduling Product DemonstrationsEfficiently schedule product demonstrations for potential customers, coordinating with the appropriate sales personnel.
Reporting & Systems ManagementMaintain accurate records of all sales-related activities, including calls, emails, and meetings in Salesforce and HubSpot.
Report on outreach activity, lead qualification, and other relevant metrics to sales and marketing leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
Cold outreach
Experience in SDR/BDR Role
Proficiency in HubSpot & Salesforce
Background in economics
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field
