We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at , a 172 unit apartment community in St Paul, MN.

Position Summary:

The Groundskeeper would be responsible for keeping the premises of the office, building, amenity areas, and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping the grounds in clean and orderly condition
  • Will assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments
  • Minor property maintenance tasks to assist Lead Technician
  • Light landscaping
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium

Qualifications:

  • Previous grounds keeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work 20 hours/week, Tuesday - Saturday (time flexible)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Basic painting skills
  • Ability to frequently lift or move 10-50 pounds regularly, more on occasion
