Front Desk Clerk - Baymont Inn & Suites Sheridan Wyoming - Sheridan, WY

Duties Included but not limited to;

Check in guests in and out of the hotel, Counting cash drawer, keeping computer balanced with the credit card machine, doing courtesy calls to guest rooms 15-20 minutes after check in. keeping the lobby and behind the desk smelling fresh and looking clean is expected. That includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows! We only want workers with great attitudes and have a team spirit. Must be dependable, hardworking, and friendly and be a very trustworthy and honest individual. Please do not apply if you cannot apply yourself fully to these duties.

Grooming, Clothing Employee must bring/purchase:

Employees must wear shoes with covered toes and non-skid soles and black or tan slacks. Clothing & personal grooming should reflect on common sense and good taste: Provide positive professional image to general public and guests. No visible tattoos and only one ear piercing per ear only for females. Employee must wear the appropriate uniform and Baymont name badge while working. No unapproved slogans or artwork allowed. All tattoos must be covered when working.

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
