A DCS opportunity to provide instructional support to the Ground Vehicle Division. Specifically, he or she will provide expert instruction and technical advice for US Army Soldiers learning to operate MATV KLVs and the Integrated Bridge software.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Lead Trainer monitors scheduling, arranges travel, prepares instructional materials, sets up the classroom, provides instruction, accounts for equipment and personnel trained, and submits after action reviews. The Lead Trainer interacts regularly with the customer and the end user. The Lead Integrated Bridge Trainer will provide instructional support to the Ground Vehicle Division. Specifically, he or she will provide expert instruction and technical advice for US Army Soldiers learning to operate MATV KLVs and the Integrated Bridge software. The Lead Trainer monitors scheduling, arranges travel, prepares instructional materials, sets up the classroom, provides instruction, accounts for equipment and personnel trained, and submits after action reviews. The Lead Trainer interacts regularly with the customer and the end user.

Work in a team environment with our Army customer and DCS engineers on a combined project team of government and contract employees located in many different locations.

Apply Subject Mater Expertise in ground vehicles, Integrated Bridge system, and professional education to deliver superior instruction to the end user.

Extensive travel.

Coordinate with PEO and Army organizations for Integrated Bridge training and scheduling.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Possesses or able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

High School Diplomaand thirteen years of US Army platform instruction experience .

Able to travel 50 % of time.

Experience in using prepared lesson plans and delivering instruction in an adult learning environment.

Experience working with US Army soldiers of all ranks, ages and levels of experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Develops a thorough knowledge of MATV KLV and Integrated Bridge system.

Prepares, accounts for materials and equipment, ships training material, facilitates training in accordance with lesson plans and US Army Learning Concept, and prepares After Action Reviews in support of US Army customer.

Employee maintains professional courtesies and demeanor while delivering instructions. Employee travels to multiple US Army installations CONUS and OCONUS.

Familiar with the US Army TRADOC Pam 525-8-2 US Army Learning Concept

Familiar with the Experiential Learning Model and US Army Core Competencies.

Knowledge of MATV KLV and Integrated Bridge System.

Experience in teaching Integrated Bridge software applications.
