Job Description:

AriensCo is looking for a motivated and passionate Analyst to own the overall planning and execution of our email marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and overall product sales. This individual core responsibility will focus on building email lists, design and implementing email marketing campaigns, and nurturing leads through lead gen efforts. Additionally, this role will contribute to the development and production of content for blogs, YouTube, National Retailer websites and company branded websites. This individual must have a passion for writing and a solid understanding of AP style writing. Must have an ability to craft technical as well as creative copy.

This individual needs to have a solid understanding of how content drives inbound marketing and demand generation across channels including website properties, email, blogs, and social networks with specific examples of work that shows conversions. Position will be located at our Brillion, WI headquarters.

The Day To Day...

  • Manages and executes compelling social media content.

  • Develop and manage email programs including strategy, goals, KPI’s and objectives.

  • Develop workflows and standard work procedures for email publishing, content creation and execution.

  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to produce monthly/ per campaign reports.

  • Translations/Segmentations - build out additional segmentation and customized emails. Leverage translation service.

  • Upgrade and create additional email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.

  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.

  • Create email databases for lead generation.

  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.

  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

  • Identify target audiences and grow our email list.

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.

  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.

  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.

  • Responsible for building out content 30-days in advance of the live date.

  • Collaborate with Website Analyst to manage blog and content.

  • Develop a content calendar for Blog and Email leveraging input from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Expert writer for blog, web, social. Must be able to show samples.

  • Day-to-day involves crafting copy for blogs, supporting social team with copy for posts, ad copy, headlines, etc in addition to copy for emails.

  • Support website analyst with SEO efforts. Learn BrightEdge tool and recommend and implement changes to copy based on SEO learnings.

The Qualifications...

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience with email management systems (ie: MailChimp). Proven experience as an email manager.

  • Must be able to provide writing samples of different styles of writing (blog, email, web, etc.).

  • Must be able to share email campaign including strategy, goals, and KPI’s.

  • Experience working with graphic design software including Photoshop, video editor software, etc.

  • Familiarity/comfort with pulling and interpreting monthly site analytics and sales.

  • Hands on experience with HTML, content management systems.

  • Direct experience with CRM and lead management.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

  • Ability to work under tight and evolving timelines.

  • Must be able to problem solve independently and work well in a cross functional team.

  • Supplementary skills: Google Suite experience, including Data Studio, CRO, SEM, Project Management, Content Strategy, SEO.
