Oakwood Village is seeking to hire a new position as the Director of Religion and Pastoral Care . This position is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of pastoral services and ecumenical worship programs, across the organization. These services are available to all patients/residents/families and staff. The Director will also coordinate the development and maintenance of any programs of Clinical Pastoral Education that Oakwood may choose to offer. The Director is also responsible for integrating the religious/spiritual history of Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries via outreach and connections to supporting congregations and through programs of mutual spiritual benefit and support, throughout the Madison community.
