The Director of Digital Marketing will lead and manage the digital elements related to eCommerce strategies for retail - both B2C and B2B. Located on-site at the Batteries Plus Bulbs corporate office and national headquarters in Hartland, WI, the Director of Digital Marketing will work cross-departmentally to facilitate Batteries Plus Bulbs digital marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and conversion rates through our eCommerce site. The ideal Director of Digital Marketing candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading a Digital Marketing team, demonstrated ability to build strong productive relationships with agencies and vendors, and expertise in paid search, creating content, campaigns, plans, and executing revenue-driving strategies in digital marketing and eCommerce. Responsibilities:

• Drive e-Commerce site traffic, reinforce company branding, increase site conversation rates and accelerate revenue growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to align, develop and implement long and short-term e-commerce initiatives
• Coordinate day-to-day management of digital media-related activities
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team. Partner with other members of the Marketing team including Creative Director to ensure digital content supports brand standards, manage expenses within department budget
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the work of agency partners. Drive results and build relationships through vendors
• Development and implementation of paid search results, social media and email marketing campaigns and strategies, optimize paid digital media channels, analyze trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of supervisory experience leading a Marketing team
• 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Marketing, E-commerce

Preferred qualifications:

• Working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite
• Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Expertise in paid search strategies
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to present to senior-level executives and franchise owners
• Prior experience in digital marketing within the retail industry preferred
